Mission Statement

To provide a safe and supportive environment where people with mental health issues, and carers can improve the quality of their lives through information, education and recreation.

We are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10.00 till 3.00

A two course healthy low fat lunch is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12.30 pm $4

                  Resource Centre: Tapes, DVD’s, books and mental health information

Internet access & Computer tuition.

ACTIVITIES  & PROGRAMS (Constantly changing)  Outings, Camps, Art, Craft, Singing, Musical Instruments, Eight Ball, Men’s Group, Walking Group, Tai Chi, Creative Writing, Nicotine Cessation, Education and Companionship.
